Background Information about the Project
This is a unique opportunity for members of the public to have a voice in the development of one competency document for all Occupational Therapists across Canada. If you know of individuals who have knowledge of occupational therapy, please share this opportunity with them.
It is called the CORECAM-CANCOM project – reflecting its focus on competencies. It is a multi-year, collaborative projects governed by a Steering Committee with representatives from three national Occupational Therapy organizations, including:
- The Association of Canadian Occupational Therapy Organizations (ACOTRO);
- The Association of Canadian Occupational Therapy University Programs (ACOTUP); and
- The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT)
