Many people across Canada are suffering due to hip and knee osteoarthritis (OA). Learning how to manage their symptoms is critical to help them stay physically active. The Learning Network sessions are for people who would like more information about hip and knee osteoarthritis. The objectives of these sessions are to:
- Reinforce the importance of early diagnosis of OA
- Provide information on the non-surgical treatment options currently available in Canada
- Empower individuals to develop skills to help manage their symptoms through education, exercise and healthy weight management
Registration is for 2 sessions that are 45-min long and are hosted virtually using Zoom. Time is provided at the end to answer questions. Register now for the sessions in June, July, August and September!
