Starting a new year often comes with the goal of moving more, but living with chronic pain and fatigue can make forming new habits feel overwhelming. Join us for the first session in our Lived Experience series, where people living with arthritis—such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis—will share how they successfully incorporated more movement into their daily routines. Our expert panel includes:

  • Linda Wilhelm, President of CAPA, living with rheumatoid arthritis for over 35 years
  • Dr. Manuel Ester, kinesiologist and post-doctoral associate, McCaig Institute for Bone and Joint Health, University of Calgary
  • Therese Lane, CAPA board member and arthritis patient partner
  • Dr. Allyson Jones, physiotherapist and professor, University of Alberta
  • Carole Silvera & Louise Crane, who both live with arthritis.

The session will feature a Q&A format—submit your questions in advance to director@arthritispatient.ca, or participate live via the chat. The webinar will be recorded and available on the CAPA YouTube channel afterward. Register today to get better informed!
