The CAPA Lived Experience Webinar will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 6:00–7:30 PM Eastern Time as part of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). REGISTER HERE.

This session explores the challenges, emotions, and lessons learned through the process of being diagnosed, offering valuable insights for both people living with arthritis and those supporting them. Hear firsthand how panelists recognized early signs, navigated the healthcare system, and coped with the emotional and physical impact of their diagnosis. Between the webinar and our Annual General Meeting (AGM), participants will be invited to take part in a 15-minute physical activity break led by Carole Reece — a fun and gentle way to stretch, move, and recharge! Following the break, we’ll transition into CAPA’s Annual General Meeting, where we’ll share updates on our work over the past year and what’s ahead for 2026.

Our speakers are:

  • Dr. Rashid Kashani, Occupational Therapist
  • Lucy Kovalova-Woods, CAPA Board Member
  • Jennifer Lorca, CAPA Board Member
  • Nazret Russon, Full-time Caregiver
  • Kim Tremblay, Lived Experience Advocate
