National Pain Awareness Week was busy and we are pleased to share the Facebook Live about coping with arthritis pain, hosted by Lene Andersen (The Seated View), with guests Michael Kuluva and Linda Wilhelm. This video provides many hands-on tips for living with chronic pain based on their lived experiences and journey with inflammatory arthritis. Our #CAPAChat  on Twitter was successful with many people contributing their experiences and tips for living with chronic pain. We plan on updating our tip sheet on living with chronic pain – feel free to email us if you have any advice to share!
