In its submission, CAPA emphasizes the importance of these early review pathways for people living with serious, chronic and debilitating conditions such as arthritis, and outlines the potential impact on timely and equitable access to new therapies.

CAPA calls for careful consideration of how these proposed changes may affect patients whose conditions are assessed early in the regulatory process and who already face delays in accessing meaningful treatment options.
