Parenting is challenging. Living with inflammatory arthritis adds another variable that also needs to be considered. For those considering starting a family, or for those who already have a family, concerns about quality of life are never far. To understand the issue, Dr. Catherine Backman and her students at the University of British Columbia conducted a survey to understand the impact of inflammatory arthritis on family quality of life – from a mother’s perspective. We worked with the team to summarize the results of the survey in this infographic.
