Arthritis Society Canada, Canadian Arthritis Patient Alliance, Canadian Spondyloarthritis Association, Psoriasis Canada, and the British Columbia Society of Rheumatologists have come together to submit a joint letter to the BC Ministry of Health.

The letter highlights ongoing gaps in PharmaCare coverage for arthritis and psoriatic disease medications and calls for reinvestment of savings from the Biosimilars Initiative to expand treatment options. It also emphasizes the importance of meaningfully integrating patient perspectives into PharmaCare’s review process. Our organizations remain committed to working collaboratively with the Ministry to ensure equitable, sustainable access to life-changing medications for people in British Columbia.
